Incorporating at least one of these foods into our daily diet can help get our magnesium levels up.  The leafy green vegetables are a great option.  It is better to get magnesiun through food since our bodies can absorb magnesium better through food.

To avoid a decrease of magnesium in our bodies we need a change in lifestyle; that is eating more fruits and vegetables especially green leafy vegetables as well as limiting the intake of processed foods and adapt to a healthier lifestyle.
