Quinoa and Blueberries Breakfast

Serves: 2
- 1 cup of golden quinoa
- 2 cups water
- ½ cup of yogurt plain
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 1 tbs of honey
- ½ tsp of cinnamon
- a pinch of nutmeg
- In a small pot combine quinoa and water and bring to boil.
- Reduce to simmer and simmer for 10 min
- Turn heat off and let it cool off
- In a small ball combine quinoa, yogurt, honey, cinnamon and nutmeg mix well.
- Pour mixture into two small bowls and top with fresh blueberries.
You can add other fruits like strawberries and some walnuts too
