Ingredients
2 ripe plantains
1 tbs of coconut oil
1 tbs of honey
cinnamon
Instructions
Peal Plantain
Slice plantain making the slices a bit diagonally
Heal coconut oil over medium heat and place plantains
Turn plantain slices over after 2-3 min until golden brown and cook the other side until golden brown
Place in a platter pour over honey and sprinkle with cinnamon

Notes
You can use any other cooking oil. I prefer coconut oil because it has a higher smoke point.
Traditionally we serve plantains sprinkle with sugar and fresh crema. You can use plain yogurt for a healthier alternative.
